Job summary

Dominion Energy Bath County Power Station is seeking an Instrument Technician Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting power station operations and maintenance activities. Working with experienced technicians, you will assist with inspection, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation used to monitor and control plant equipment.

You will support preventative maintenance, collect data, participate in equipment inspections, and assist with projects related to instrumentation

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate's degree in Instrumentation or a related technical field with a Fall 2028/2029 graduation.
• Must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inspection, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation used to monitor and control plant equipment.
• Support preventative maintenance activities and data collection/analysis.
• Participate in equipment inspections and assist with instrumentation and control projects.
