Job summary
Dominion Energy Brunswick Power Station is seeking a motivated Instrument Technician Intern to gain hands‑on experience supporting power station operations and maintenance activities. Working alongside experienced technicians, the intern will assist with the inspection, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation used to monitor and control plant equipment.
The intern will support preventative maintenance activities, collect and analyze data, participate in equipment
Qualifications
- Must be enrolled at a 2-year or 4-year school pursuing a Bachelor's or Associate's Technology degree in the fields listed.
- Must have a 2.5 cumulative GPA or higher.
- Must have an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2028 or later.
Responsibilities
- Assist with inspection, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation used to monitor and control plant equipment.
- Support preventative maintenance activities.
- Collect and analyze data; participate in equipment inspections.
- Assist with projects related to instrumentation and control systems.
