Job summary

Dominion Energy Mt. Storm Power Station is seeking an Instrument Technician Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting power station operations and maintenance activities.

You will assist with inspection, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation used to monitor and control plant equipment, while developing technical and professional skills in a safe, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year program pursuing the listed technology degrees.
• GPA 2.5 or higher required.
• Anticipated graduation Spring 2028 or later.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inspection, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation used to monitor and control plant equipment.
• Support preventative maintenance activities.
• Collect and analyze data related to instrumentation and control systems.
• Assist with projects related to instrumentation and control systems.
