Job summary

The Instrumentation Controls and Electrical (IC&E) Engineer at CONSOLIDATED ASSET MANAGEMENT SERVICES JUNIPER (TEXAS), LLC in Milton, FL, maintains and repairs all plant instruments, control systems, and electrical equipment to ensure reliable operation of the 245 MW gas-fueled facility.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues in DCS/PLC systems, managing outages, and coordinating with contractors while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; instrument tech program preferred.
• 2+ years in a combined cycle or similar plant; equivalent 4+ years experience considered.
• Experience with DCS/PLC systems: GE Mark VI, EX2100e, Siemens T3000, Allen-Bradley PLCs.
• Proficient with Maximo or CMMS for work orders and maintenance records.
• Strong diagnostic, calibration, and field wiring skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair instrumentation and electrical equipment.
• Maintain transformers, relays, motors, and HV distribution systems.
• Install and commission electrical and control equipment and wiring.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and calibrations.
• Plan outages, manage work orders, and track inventory in Maximo.
• Coordinate with contractors and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
