Job summary

Qualifications

• EEI - POS test required.
• Must pass safety and reliability standards.
• Able to work rotating shifts and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Relieve the previous shift and monitor special orders, alarm panels, and equipment conditions.
• Take readings, lubricate equipment, and perform minor maintenance as directed.
• Inspect boilers, burners and associated equipment for proper operation and report abnormal conditions.
• Operate plant equipment within safety rules and procedures; perform lubrication and adjustments as needed.
• Record data and keep logs of equipment performance; assist with start-ups and shut-downs.
