Job summary

EthosEnergy Group is seeking a Plant Operator/Maintenance professional to ensure proper operation of a large power facility on shift and with the maintenance team. Responsibilities include operating, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, HRSG, and auxiliaries while strictly following safety rules.

The role requires hands-on mechanical, electrical and instrumentation knowledge, experience with CMMS, and willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related maintenance experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent; AA/technical training preferred.
• Ability to walk, lift up to 50 pounds; 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair plant equipment.
• Perform piping and conduit installation for upgrades.
• Read meters and gauges to verify operating conditions.
• Maintain equipment by tightening fittings and replacing parts.
• Coordinate purchasing for timely repairs.
• Outage planning and scheduling involvement.
