Job summary

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA) is seeking a Construction Supervisor for Major Utility on a contract basis in Apollo Beach, FL.

You will lead construction activities for plant projects, outages, and maintenance, supervising multiple supervisor teams and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and engineers. The role requires 10–15 years in power plant ops or maintenance with at least 5 years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years in power plant operations or maintenance.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction codes/standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Willingness to travel, including air travel.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate construction across plant projects, outages.
• Supervise assigned supervisors and craft teams.
• Determine contract methods and manage multiple construction contracts.
• Provide constructability input during design phase.
• Coordinate storm preparedness and restoration.
• Interface with contractors, vendors and engineers.
