The role requires coordinating contracts, designs and specifications to achieve timely project completion.

The candidate will participate in formwork design, takeoffs, and cost control while ensuring safety across sites and maintaining profitability.

Qualificações

• Requires four-year construction-related degree or equivalent training with 6+ years in construction.
• Demonstrates understanding of PMP components and change management processes.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and coordinates staff for project management and profitability.
• Communicates with crews and field managers to meet budgets and schedules.
• Manages contract drawings, specifications, and cost controls within approved budgets.
• Ensures safety compliance through training, meetings, and site monitoring.
