Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with pumps, compressors, high‑voltage transformers and boilers.
• Effective written and verbal communication at all levels of the organization.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Reading, writing and mathematical skills.
• Team oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work adjusted schedules including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to work at CPS Energy power plant locations.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors all power plant auxiliary equipment and systems.
• Removes ash and related materials from bowl mills using appropriate tools.
• Work near high-voltage equipment and other power plant systems.
