Qualifications

• 15+ years construction management experience.
• 5+ years people management experience.
• Proven track record managing major power generation projects from pursuit through closeout.
• Expertise in EPC delivery model, risk management, and commercial structures.
• Established network of relationships with utilities, developers, and key industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and leadership for the project lifecycle.
• Leads safety culture and implements corrective action as needed.
• Assists senior management with strategy development and company-wide initiatives.
• Provides strategic direction to teams across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Manages client relationships at a leadership level and pursues new opportunities.
• Leads risk management and issue resolution for contractual obligations.
