Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.
• 15+ years construction management experience, with 5+ years in people management.
• Experience leading major power generation projects (Pursuit through closeout).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across all project lifecycle phases.
• Drive safety culture and conduct incident investigations.
• Develop and support company-wide initiatives and policies.
• Set strategic direction for the work program.
• Manage client relationships at leadership level.
• Lead risk management and change order negotiations.
• Develop subcontractor and engineering partner strategy.
• Oversee preconstruction and scheduling reviews.
• Ensure adequate staffing and resource planning.
• Represent the company in community and industry engagements.
