Job summary

Crusoe is building scalable AI infrastructure and energy solutions. We are seeking a Manager of Power Distribution Programs to own the Switchboards & Switchgear portfolio, driving delivery, margins, and a growing project management team.

You will lead cross-functional efforts across electrical equipment manufacturing, collaborate with plants, sales, and estimators, and deliver on-time projects in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree is required.
• Minimum 8+ years in project management within electrical equipment/manufacturing.
• Experience leading project teams and coordinating cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Own the Power Distribution portfolio schedule across LV/MV and skid integration.
• Lead and develop a team of project managers, ensuring schedule discipline and cost accuracy.
• Serve as senior escalation for Power Distribution customers, including change negotiation.
• Partner with plant leadership on capacity planning and throughput improvements.
• Set program margins and monitor targets; lead monthly cost-to-complete reviews.
• Govern submittal and drawing approval performance sector-wide.
