Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is building and operating power infrastructure for AWS data centers across North and South America.

This role focuses on delivering inflight power generation and high/medium voltage projects, while coordinating with utilities and internal teams to ensure reliability and cost efficiency. Qualifications

3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software).
Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple Utilities, EPC and Owner’s Engineers to deliver a portfolio of inflight power generation and medium/high voltage power infrastructure projects.
Manage capital budgets for power infrastructure and energy projects.
Collaborate with the internal teams and regulated utilities on the implementation and management of energy and projects in a timely and accurate fashion.
Identify and develop innovative cost savings projects and initiatives related to energy infrastructure and supply.
Work with utility regulators to develop policies and guidelines that enable broader AWS strategies and objectives.
