Job summary

Aggreko plc in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Technician 1 to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, HVAC equipment, chillers, and oil-free air compressors. Based at the Cleveland service center, you will travel daily to customer sites in a company vehicle.

You will diagnose faults, read electrical schematics, and set up equipment in shop or on site. The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of hands-on experience, with valid driver's license and ability to obtain

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with diesel/natural gas generators and HVAC equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and calculate tonnage/kW requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on generators, HVAC systems, chillers, and oil-free air compressors.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at shop and customer sites, diagnosing and repairing.
• Set up and operate equipment in shop and on site, solo or with other technicians.
• Travel to customer sites in company vehicle; occasional overtime and weekends.
