Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Mount Pleasant, PA, offers a two-year Job Rotation Program to learn all facets of the Power Grid High Voltage business through hands-on, rotating roles in project and cost management, field supervision, marketing, sales, procurement, and safety.

Participants rotate through DTB/PASS, PQP/SA, GIS, Ins. Transformer, and other areas, gaining leadership and practical experience that can lead to procurement, marketing & sales, or manufacturing supervision roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, psychology, communications, marketing, education, CS, finance, economics or general engineering.
• Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager on assigned tasks across rotating projects.
• Assist Demand/Supply Marketing or Marketing/Sales rotations under senior guidance.
• Participate in rotations in Quality, HSE, Human Resources or Finance.
• Support Field Service or Supply Chain rotations as assigned.
• Demonstrate Hitachi Energy’s core values: safety, integrity, and collaboration.
