Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA Inc. in Mount Pleasant, PA, is launching the Mt. Pleasant Job Rotation Program (MP-JRP).

Participants rotate through project and cost management, field and floor supervision, marketing, sales, procurement, supply chain and safety. Over two years, you will gain exposure to PGHV processes, with mentoring and hands-on experience. Upon completion, opportunities may include Procurement, Marketing & Sales, Assistant Project Managers, Distribution, Supply Chain or Manufacturing

Qualifications

BA/BS/MA/MS in Business Admin, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, Education, CS, Finance, Economics or General Engineering.

Responsibilities

Take direction from and support the Project Manager on assigned project tasks.
Assist in Demand/Supply Marketing or Marketing/Sales rotations.
Support rotations in Quality, HSE, Human Resources, or Finance.
Support Field Service or Supply Chain rotations as assigned.
Demonstrate and promote Hitachi Energy core values and Diversity 360 initiative.
