Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years coordinating programs, projects, or processes in technical settings.
• Ability to organize work of technical teams and manage multiple projects.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive process improvement independently.
• Familiarity with engineering workflows and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain engineering workload, scheduling, and milestones.
• Own master schedule and capacity view across active Power Grid Automation projects.
• Develop operational metrics and KPIs; propose corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives with multiple teams.
• Standardize workflows, templates, and documentation practices.
• Facilitate cadence meetings and remove roadblocks for teams.
