Qualifications

• Translate complex technical solutions into clear customer value propositions and ROI.
• Understand utility/CI buying processes and grid modernization priorities.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across Product, Sales, Engineering, and executives.
• Experience leading go-to-market programs from strategy to execution.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning, messaging, and differentiating value propositions for Power Grid Automation.
• Lead go-to-market and launch strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Develop sales enablement playbooks, ROI tools, and battlecards.
• Drive thought leadership and digital presence (SEO/AEO) and content.
• Capture VOC and market insights to inform product strategy and roadmaps.
• Monitor competitive landscape and differentiate offerings.
• Shape pricing, packaging, and solution bundling with Product Management.
• Support solution-selling motions across utility, CI, and data center segments.
• Define and track KPIs: attachment rate, pipeline, win rate, engagement.
