Generac Power Systems Inc. seeks a Power Generation Technical Service Representative to provide technical assistance and authorize warranty repairs for our dealer network. This on-site role reports to our Waukesha Headquarters and requires residing in Wisconsin.

You will handle inbound calls, document issues, assist with remote diagnostics, and guide dealers through warranty systems, using solid troubleshooting and customer service skills daily.

Formación

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical theory.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Active listening, clear verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls and respond to emails from Dealer Technicians and answer standard questions over the phone.
• Provide accurate, timely notes during calls.
• Assist Dealer Technicians with remote diagnostic tools.
• Follow diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot installed systems.
• Gather and prepare documentation regarding product failure and improvement.
• Instruct new dealer technicians how to navigate warranty systems and submit claims electronically.
