Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of Oil & Gas industry experience.
• Experience with nuclear generation, gas generation, or power generation.
• Understanding of design, fabrication, controls, and project engineering for Oil & Gas.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a service-based business for the Oil & Gas industry through client scoping calls, training, proposals, and content development.
• Responsible for the technical design, content (architecture and design), integrity and quality of solution and impact on business outcomes.
• Ensure processes meet customer requirements and update internal engineering processes accordingly.
• Communicate project statuses weekly and monthly with supervisor and customer.
• Review project specifications to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Create, read, and analyze engineering reports and perform calculations as needed.
• Design scalable, high-availability solutions for engineering projects or programs.
• Strategize with stakeholders on feasibility and designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and resolve issues.
