Job summary

Stanley Consultants in the United States seeks a Growth Leader for Power Generation to win and deliver energy market projects nationwide. The role grows client relationships, develops EPC/FEED studies, and leads a team of engineers and advisors.

The successful candidate will drive capture, strategy, and proposals, mentor the energy team, and participate in Go/No-Go decisions while advancing Power Generation services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of energy sector experience with a focus on Power Generation.
• Proven leadership and client relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop Power Generation projects including combustion turbine and other tech.
• Lead EPC and FEED studies, advisory and analysis engagements.
• Grow existing client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Mentor energy team and drive capture planning, strategy and proposals.
• Represent the company in Go/No-Go discussions and contract negotiations.
