Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist in Lake Mary, FL. You will deliver timely, high-quality proposal responses (RFI/RFP), coordinate cross-functional inputs, and maintain ISO-compliant document archives.

Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor's in Engineering or Business, 3–5 years in technical proposal work, strong communication, and proficiency with Adobe Pro, MS Office, Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, and CRM systems (Dynamics or Salesforce).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business and 3–5 years' direct experience in technical proposal preparation, document control, and archive management preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret technical, commercial, and procedural information.
• Proficiency in Adobe Pro, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and CRM systems (Dynamics or Salesforce).
• Travel required occasionally (10–15%).

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality commercial proposal documents (electronic and hard copy) to match customer requirements.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to gather content and align with customer requests.
• Maintain proposal archives and document templates in ISO-compliant formats.
• Provide status reporting on proposals and bid-tracking to leadership.
• Support proposal lifecycle, governance, and continuous process improvements.
