Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–5+ years in project controls/analysis in power generation development or construction.
• Experience with cost tracking, budget variance analysis, and schedule management.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6/MS Project and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Track project activities, milestones, and deliverables across active projects with PMO coordination.
• Monitor project costs against budgets and flag variances for leadership.
• Maintain integrated project schedules and highlight critical path risks.
• Prepare and distribute regular project status reports and dashboards.
