Job summary

Aligned Data Centers is seeking an Associate Project Manager - Power Generation to help plan, execute, and deliver power infrastructure across our data center portfolio. The role involves coordinating behind-the-meter systems, switchgear, utility tie-ins, and commissioning activities in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in project coordination, familiarity with power generation components, and proficiency with MS Office and PM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of project coordination or project management experience in relevant sectors.
• Familiarity with power generation systems is a plus; PMP/ PMI-CP/CAPM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the full project lifecycle for power generation initiatives, including schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with facilities, electrical engineering, construction, operations, contractors, and vendors.
• Document meetings, action items, and reporting; track milestones using PM tools.
• Support procurement activities and monitor project budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety policies; coordinate outage windows.
