Job summary

United Grid Solutions is seeking a Project Controls Specialist/Project Scheduler to support engineering and construction of energy technologies. You will manage project schedules with Primavera P6, prepare executive-level reports, and collaborate with engineers, PMs and construction managers to meet budget and schedule baselines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–3 years’ experience in utility scheduling preferred.
• Proven scheduling and management skills with ability to report to management.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and progress project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare monthly reports comparing baseline vs progress including CPM, resource loading and cost loading.
• Ensure accurate budgeting and capital postings for reporting against budgets.
• Prepare, issue and present reports and mitigation strategies based on critical path analysis.
• Travel to project sites within North America as required.
