Qualifications

• Four-year BA/BS degree required or equivalent (US).
• 1 year minimum experience in electric, gas, or power generation operations, business planning, accounting, finance, construction management, or project management.
• External hires: minimum of two years of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule development and analysis: develop project schedules and cash flow plans with input from functional departments.
• Create, maintain, and update schedules; monitor milestones and risks; participate in status meetings.
• Cost plan development and analysis: forecast budgets, prepare cost reports, and provide variance analysis.
• Maintain project cost data; ensure accuracy of responses to budget, GRC, or FERC cost requests; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Central Data Management: provide technical support for department databases and data analysis to enable informed decisions.
• Quality and analysis: prepare dashboards and reports; ensure data quality for stakeholders.
• Central Financial Analysis: monitor project budgets and cycle forecasts; generate performance reports and support budget targets.
