The role involves budget management, forecasting, cost analysis, invoice review, and reporting in partnership with Project Managers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple project budgets simultaneously
  • advanced proficiency in Google Sheets
  • experience developing cash-flow forecasts, cost reports, and estimate-to-complete analyses
  • strong PowerPoint and executive communication skills
  • Google Workspace and Slack proficiency
  • Primavera P6 scheduling experience is a plus
