Competenze

• Engineering Degree or 6 years experience in relative field.
• Must have 5 years of previous experience in power generator packaging.
• Applied certification(s) preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead, develop, and manage the Power Generation Engineering team (mechanical, electrical, controls, and application).
• Set department priorities, assign resources, and ensure project schedules and budgets are met.
• Provide technical oversight for generator packages, control systems, switchgear, and related equipment.
• Review specifications, drawings, and proposals for risks and commercial impacts.
• Coordinate meetings with Sales, Project Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and customers.
