Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage the Power Generation Engineering team.
• Set department priorities, assign resources, and manage workloads.
• Provide technical oversight for generator packages and control systems.
• Review customer specifications, purchase orders, and drawings for requirements and risks.
• Coordinate project meetings with Sales, PM, Procurement, and others.
• Develop and maintain engineering standards and project-specific inspections.
