Job summary

Waukesha Gas Engines is seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of large power generation projects, including scope, schedule, cost, and quality. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and field services to deliver integrated solutions.

The role requires managing projects above 300 MW with multi-site or international scope, maintaining safety and regulatory compliance while ensuring on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale power-generation projects (300 MW+).
• Strong knowledge of project controls, costing, and scheduling.
• Proven ability to manage international or multi-site delivery networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large power projects from handoff to closeout.
• Direct cross-functional teams to meet safety, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Interface with customers, EPCs and partners at executive levels to drive success.
