Job summary

Waukesha-pearce Industries Llc in Houston is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, and close fabrication projects for power generation packages, ensuring alignment with engineering specifications, customer requirements, and company objectives.

You will coordinate across Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Sales to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, while managing risks, schedules, costs, and procurement, and upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or power generation.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes and engineering drawings.
• Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and schedule management.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from kickoff through fabrication, testing, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with Engineering to ensure designs and specifications are clearly defined and executed.
• Work closely with fabrication teams to align production schedules and resolve technical or logistical issues.
• Monitor project costs and support P&L objectives through effective cost control.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving issues that may impact schedule, quality, or cost.
• Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely availability of materials and components.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and company standards.
• Support continuous improvement efforts in project execution and workflow efficiency.
