Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1–2 years of design engineering experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and relocate after program completion.

Responsibilities

• Participate in corporate onboarding and training programs.
• Complete Generator 101 coursework.
• Learn strategic sales planning, market analysis, budgeting, and P&L management.
• Provide technical sales support to distributors and customers.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts.
