Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager of Power Generation Engineering to provide strategic technical leadership and oversight across generation facilities, including gas turbines, steam turbines, boilers, and renewables. You will drive engineering excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance while guiding capital project execution and asset lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or closely related Power Engineering discipline required.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or Energy Systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical leadership for power generation engineering programs across the organization.
• Direct engineering teams in design, analysis, optimization, and lifecycle management of generation assets.
• Oversee capital projects, contractor selection, and construction oversight to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
