Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking a Contracts Administrator/Contract Specialist to review, negotiate, and finalize a variety of commercial contracts across the organization. You will assess risks, collaborate with commercial and sales teams, and ensure compliance with insurance, safety, and corporate policies.

The role requires strong contract review and negotiation experience, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate federal contracting standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, understand, and interpret legal documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Basic understanding of SOPs, safety, environmental regulations, and federal contracting laws.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and support multiple customers.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proactively identify and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong contract review and negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts across the organization.
• Assess and minimize project risks; communicate with commercial and sales teams.
• Support contractual compliance including insurance, health and safety policies.
• Manage contract changes, negotiate, and advise on disputes and resolution.
• Advise on contract terms to support operational compliance.
