Job summary

Integrated Power Services seeks a Contracts Administrator/Contract Specialist to review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts across the organization. You will assess risks, collaborate with commercial and sales teams, and support regulatory and insurance compliance.

The role requires strong contract review/negotiation experience, attention to detail, and familiarity with federal contracting concepts.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, understand, and interpret legal documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Understanding SOPs, safety/environmental regulations and federal contracting laws.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate and finalize various commercial contracts across the organization.
• Assess, advise on, and minimize project risks; communicate with commercial and sales teams.
• Understand and support contractual compliance including insurance and safety policies.
• Manage contract changes, support negotiations and advise on disputes and conflicts.
