Job summary

Hydrogen Group seeks an experienced Senior Civil & Structural Engineer to lead civil, structural and geotechnical efforts on major power generation projects. You will coordinate EPC contractors and consultants, review site layouts and foundation designs, and ensure conformity with ASCE 7, ACI 318 and AISC 360.

The role requires 7-10+ years of relevant experience, a PE license preferred, and relocation assistance is available for candidates moving to Dallas.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
7-10+ years of civil/structural experience on power or large industrial projects.
Experience coordinating EPC contractors and engineering consultants.
Knowledge of civil site development, grading, drainage and earthworks.
Knowledge of ASCE 7, ACI 318, AISC 360.
PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate civil engineering activities with EPC contractors and consultants.
Review site layouts, grading, drainage, and underground utilities.
Ensure designs meet project requirements and integrate with plant design.
Oversee foundation design for turbines, generators and equipment.
Coordinate interfaces across civil, structural, mechanical and electrical teams.
Review calculations, drawings and specifications for accuracy.
