Job summary

PowerSecure Brand seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations for manufacturing facilities and automated equipment. You will oversee preventive and corrective programs, manage maintenance staff, and drive continuous improvement to maximize uptime and OOE.

Responsibilities include capital and operational projects, vendor coordination, and ensuring training and resources for technicians. A PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial equipment maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• 4+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and schedule maintenance technicians to support requirements and ensure technical competency.
• Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize reliability and uptime.
• Monitor maintenance performance metrics, budgets, and inventory levels with corrective actions.
• Partner with leadership to ensure equipment performance supports production goals and efficiency.
• Oversee facility and equipment maintenance while ensuring OSHA, LOTO, and safety standards.
