Eaton’s Engineering Service & Systems (EESS) Division is seeking a Lead Power Systems Training Specialist to join our internal training team in Warrendale, PA and Houston, TX. Relocation assistance is available.

You will develop, deliver, and facilitate instructor‑led and virtual trainings, update curricula, coordinate events, and collaborate with EHS, HR, and Operations leaders to ensure effective learning and safety outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience with power systems.
• 4+ years in power systems evaluation, testing, installation, or maintenance.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training and curricula.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, deliver, and facilitate instructor-led and virtual trainings on technical, safety, and power systems topics.
• Coordinate training events, including setup, scheduling, travel, and materials with coordinators.
• Create and update curricula, lesson plans, and reference materials.
• Collaborate with EHS, HR, and Operations leaders to align training with safety and onboarding goals.
• Conduct evaluations, track costs, and drive continuous program improvements.
• Apply NFPA 70E and OSHA safety practices in training and demonstrations.
