Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division is seeking a Senior Power Systems Training Specialist to join our team at one of our state‑of‑the‑art Power Systems Experience Centers in Houston, TX or Warrendale, PA. The role focuses on developing and delivering instructor‑led and virtual training on power systems, electrical safety, and technical skills.

You will coordinate training events, partner with EHS/HR/Operations, and evaluate effectiveness while ensuring NFPA 70E and OSHA

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution, or technical certification from an accredited trade school, or military equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience evaluating, testing, installing, or maintaining industrial and commercial power systems equipment.
Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future; sponsorship not offered.
No relocation offered; reside within 50 miles of Houston, TX or Warrendale, PA (active-duty military exempt).

Responsibilities

Develop, deliver, and improve instructor-led and virtual training on power systems, technical skills, and electrical safety.
Coordinate and support training events, including scheduling, logistics, travel, equipment, and classroom setup.
Partner with EHS, HR, and Operations to align training with onboarding, safety, and workforce development.
Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure compliance with NFPA 70E and OSHA standards; support other Eaton locations as needed.
