Zusammenfassung

WSP is seeking a Project Controls Manager to join the Project Controls team supporting Power & Energy programs, including transmission and substation capital projects. The role can sit in South Jordan, UT or Las Vegas, NV, and leads a multidisciplinary group of cost analysts, schedulers, risk managers, and document control specialists.

You will develop schedules, implement controls processes, and produce financial projections while advancing Power BI dashboards for executive insight.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• 12+ years of experience in financial controls, finance/accounting, and scheduling on large-scale capital projects.
• Experience leading a multidisciplinary team of cost analysts, schedulers, risk managers, and document control specialists.
• Power & Energy industry experience preferred, particularly transmission and substation construction programs.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of EVM, cost forecasting, and schedule management best practices.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with PMIS such as e-Builder, Primavera P6, Procore, Oracle EBS, Maximo.

Aufgaben

• Provide oversight of finance, schedule, and document controls across power delivery programs.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of cost analysts, schedulers, risk managers, and document control specialists.
• Create and maintain program schedules and review contractor schedules.
• Develop and implement project controls processes including change management.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts; oversee earned value management practices.
• Develop advanced Power BI dashboards and analytics tools for leadership and clients.
• Administer a Cost Management System and track acquisition packages for reimbursement.
• Supervise project controls staff and improve reporting accuracy across platforms like Oracle, Primavera P6, Procore.
