Job summary

WSP seeks a Project Controls Manager to join the Project Controls team supporting Power & Energy programs, including transmission and substation capital projects. This role can be based in Dallas, TX, Tulsa, OK, or Corpus Christi, TX, and involves leading cost analysts, schedulers, and risk managers across multiple projects.

You will develop and implement project controls processes, prepare budgets and forecasts, and advance Power BI analytics for decision-making in a dynamic, client-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; finance/accounting or engineering background preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in project controls, finance controls, scheduling, or related capital-project functions.
• PMIS/Scheduling platforms experience with major systems such as Primavera P6, Procore, Oracle EBS, Maximo, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance, schedule, and document controls across transmission and substation programs.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of cost analysts, schedulers, risk managers, and document control specialists.
• Develop and implement project controls processes, including change management and cost/schedule standardization.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, forecasts, cash flows, and EVM practices.
• Develop advanced Power BI dashboards and analytics for leadership and clients.
