Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Project Controls Manager to join the Project Controls team supporting Power & Energy programs, including transmission and substation capital projects. The role can sit in Dallas, TX / Tulsa, OK / Corpus Christi, TX, working across multiple offices.

You will oversee cost, schedule, and document controls, lead a multidisciplinary team, and develop processes and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Strong communication with executives is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in project controls, financial controls, finance/accounting, scheduling, or related functions on capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance, schedule, and document controls across power delivery programs.
• Develop and implement project controls processes including change management, cost/schedule standardization, and reporting.
• Develop advanced Power BI dashboards and analytics tools for leadership and clients.
