WSP USA is hiring a Vice President of Business Development in the Phoenix/Tempe area to drive growth in Power & Energy and environmental services across the Southwest. This full-time role focuses on expanding client relations, leading proposals, and managing strategic campaigns with senior stakeholders.

The candidate should have a strong network in the industry, a track record of generating new work, and the ability to mentor project teams while supporting long-term growth.

Qualifications

  • Senior-level PM experience in environmental permitting and licensing for energy infrastructure.
  • Strong communication, client requirements understanding, and project staff coordination.
  • Network development with account portfolios for multi-disciplined environmental services.
  • Experience in SW states: CA, NV, AZ, NM, TX is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead internal and external business development initiatives to drive growth in Power & Energy.
  • Develop and strengthen client relationships while leading proposal strategy and delivery.
  • Position and expand WSP’s environmental services with existing and prospective clients.
  • Cultivate relationships with senior client stakeholders and maintain market intelligence.
