Job summary

WSP is seeking a Vice President, Environmental Business Development for our Earth & Environment practice in Atlanta, GA. You will lead client relationships, develop capture strategies, and drive growth across sectors while collaborating with engineering, infrastructure, energy, and water teams.

In this role, you will mentor staff, manage key accounts, and align growth plans with regional and national objectives, helping WSP expand its environmental services portfolio and market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental field or related discipline.
• 12+ years in environmental consulting or business development.
• Proven success in client relationships, sales, and revenue growth.
• Experience managing strategic accounts and complex pursuits.
• Strong knowledge of permitting, compliance, remediation, sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD efforts for environmental services and growth.
• Develop client relationships and expand market share.
• Oversee capture strategies, pursuits, and revenue forecasting.
• Collaborate across business lines to deliver integrated projects.
• Mentor staff in BD best practices and client engagement.
• Foster industry involvement and professional networks.
