You will collaborate with R&D and product teams to design, test, and verify high-power converters, applying control theory and digital controllers. Fresh graduates welcome; MS or PhD preferred; strong analytical and teamwork needed.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of circuit topologies and soft-switching techniques.
• Hands-on experience designing, debugging, and testing power converters.
• Familiarity with control theory and digital controllers.
• Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink, SIMPLIS, PLECS, and MathCAD.
• Solid understanding of high frequency magnetic component design.
• Knowledge of high voltage insulation concepts and e-field mitigation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Performing advanced research, development, and testing of power electronics for high power, medium voltage applications.
• Collaborating with R&D and product teams to propose new power solutions and verify designs.
• Building and maintaining technical competency in high power electronics for medium voltage systems.
