Zusammenfassung

Base is hiring an Electronics Design Engineer to design power electronics inside our home batteries, including inverters, BMS, and interconnect devices. You will own boards from schematic to production, bring them up on the bench, and validate them at high voltage and current.

You'll collaborate with mechanical, firmware, test, and reliability engineers to bring designs into high-volume manufacturing, driving early hardware success for a growing energy storage platform.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in electrical/computer engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years hands-on hardware design experience.
• Experience with analog and digital circuits, high-voltage or power supply design.
• PCB design in Altium and hands-on bring-up support.
• Comfort using oscilloscopes, power supplies, function generators, and electronic loads.
• Python or similar scripting for test and data analysis.

Aufgaben

• Own board designs end-to-end from specs to production.
• Design and run high-voltage/high-current validation for inverter, BMS hardware.
• Debug interactions at board and system level.
• Drive reliability testing with test/reliability teams.
• Take designs through DFM and into high-volume production.
