Job summary

Encore seeks an intermediate level power distribution professional to set up and operate distribution systems in a hospitality environment. You will supervise a team, guide operations, and maintain strong client relationships with emphasis on safe, efficient power solutions for events.

You will handle rigging, cabling, on-site troubleshooting, and collaboration with guests, production teams, and electricians to ensure flawless service during shows and conferences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience, preferred.
• 3+ years of power distribution experience, preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members in positions that may operate Company vehicles.
• Ability to obtain ESTA PDT certification within first 12 months of employment

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down power distribution equipment for events.
• Maintain relationships with hotel/clients and ensure equipment works properly.
• Coordinate with guests on site and manage on-site show load-in/load-out plans.
• Troubleshoot power concerns and assist electricians when needed.
• Cross-train team members and support on-site AV setups/strikes as needed
