Vertiv is seeking a Sr. Manager, Application Engineering – Power Distribution to lead the team supporting MV/LV switchgear and busway solutions.

You will ensure customer requirements translate into technically compliant, manufacturable, competitive, and commercially viable solutions. You will provide technical leadership, guide proposal development, and ensure accurate cost estimating while complying with NEC, ANSI/IEEE, UL, NEMA, and IEC standards.

Formación

• Experience with electrical power distribution systems including MV/LV switchgear.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into compliant designs.
• Experience developing technical proposals and cost estimates.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Application Engineering team for MV/LV switchgear and busway.
• Provide technical leadership for product selection and customer-specific solutions.
• Translate customer specs into manufacturable designs and cost estimates.
• Lead proposal development, scope definition, and risk identification.
• Support sales with technical discussions and value engineering.
