Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Manager of Power Distribution Programs to own the portfolio for LV/MV switchboards and related assemblies. You will lead a team of PMs, manage critical customer programs, and ensure on-time delivery while supporting growth in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

You will partner with Sales, Estimating, and Plant Leadership to optimize capacity, drive cost control, and deliver robust program economics.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical equipment manufacturing and deployment.
• 8+ years of project management in electrical, construction, or manufacturing contexts.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership of project managers or technical staff.
• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Portfolio management with multi-program manufacturing accountability.
• Strong capability in capacity planning and ERP-driven production management.

Responsibilities

• Own Power Distribution portfolio across LV, MV, MV PDC, and skid integration programs.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers with focus on schedule discipline and cost accuracy.
• Serve as senior escalation point with executive-level schedule impact and recovery planning.
• Partner with plant leadership on capacity and line loading to resolve throughput constraints.
• Set margins and cost targets; participate in monthly economics review with Project Controls.
• Govern submittal and drawing approval performance across the sector.
