Kiewit Power Delivery seeks a Superintendent to lead field execution on high-voltage transmission and substation projects, mentoring junior superintendents and foremen to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

This role uses the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) model and involves coordinating with subcontractors, cost control, and active client engagement while planning project turnover across multiple sites in the US.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction experience with leadership on transmission/substation projects.
• Strong communication, planning, and negotiation skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with operating in complex, large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of progressive design-build or ECI is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead field execution on high-voltage transmission and substation projects.
• Mentor and develop junior superintendents and foremen.
• Oversee subcontractor coordination and contract administration.
• Drive client engagement and represent Kiewit in planning and problem-solving meetings.
• Develop programs to maintain good client relations on site.
• Attend meetings with client for problem resolution and planning.
• Oversee and approve monthly job cost updates and quarterly cash flow projections.
• Develop and implement plans for project completion and turnover.
• Maintain daily diaries for record-keeping and ensure timely evaluations of direct reports.
